Soto another homer, on
Their bullpen then was obscenely good. The Orioles had a strong one for the 2014 run, and really, from then until 2016 until age and injuries started to play a factor, but that pen was the strongest.@bksballer89 So, I had more time to look at this while on a (seemingly) endless Sales call today. The Yankees had some ridiculous bullpen configurations in the 2016-2018 timeframe with Chapman, Miller, Betances & Chad Green(forgot about him) in 2016 and then Chapman, Betances, Green & Robertson in 2017 & 2018. By 2019, they added Britton(forgot about him, too) and he was great for a little while. But by 2021, it was looking a little thin out there. Holmes, Peralta, Leutge, Kahnle isn’t the same.
So, I’ll amend my statement. The Yankees had the kind of bullpen that could end the game after 6 innings in 2016-2018(maybe even 2019) for sure. But probably not since. And I stand by my statement that this is the weakest bullpen they’ve fielded that I can remember.
I fucking hate this bullpen.
I feel like this could be said for every team in our divisionI fucking hate this bullpen.
I fucking hate this bullpen.

Volpe meanwhile is the opposite
Good night to revisit Zombie Dust
Nats are scrappy. James wood is electric. If the nats can get good starting pitching and Dylan crews and Brady house make the roster in 2025 they could make the playoffs. Grew up an os fan and added the nats when they returned in 2005.Orioles split the season series with the Nationals. I hate that team with a passion, but they might just be a problem because of that Soto trade netting fantastic returns, and whatever changes they made to their pitching development this past off-season.

Shocked they pitched to Judge there…….huge hit by Wells……now the roller coaster bullpen begins
