Why would he change the lineup after one game?

Nothing scream panic buttons more than changing the lineup after game. Only logical reason to change the lineup after 1 game is if you have a heavy lefty lineup and you were facing a LHP.

So to answer your question yes it was the same lineup as opening day and the Yankees won 5-0
