White Sox - must be snowed in and still sleeping, Sale is going to be ticked

Indians - must be waiting for bigger names to come off the boards, getting D Murphy is what they needed?

Royals - Infante? better keep looking for a 2b or be ok with Boni

Tigers - Hopefully they have a plan, not a good one so far and they are too close to regress

Twins - seems like they want to try and put a team around Mauer for a change.


Seattle seems like they want to win a World Series, kudos to them, they will be in the hunt very soon.

MLB big wigs are meeting today to discuss changing the rule about intentional walks. With Miggy facing 4 or more IntBB's each game, they are considering a rule that would just allow Miggy to go straight from the dugout to first base each at bat.....saving time.

Of course, even more time could be saved if they called an automatic DP when VMart bats and Miggy is on first with less than 2 outs. Tiger games could whip by pretty quick.

Same shitty bowl.....but we are rose bowl bound....one day scUM MIGHT make it back.......im more worried for the wings safety......i doubt dantonio was happy with the wings bowl.......but i heard brady hoke jumped at the chance.....uhhhhh ummmm did you ummmm uhhhh say uhhhhh umm hot wings?

Thats actually not a bad signing for Detroit, a real leadoff hitter, someone with actual speed. Davis is definately one of the sleeper FA's on the market. Never thought he would get 10 mil a year but after Ellsbury's deal, probably about right.

True...at least he can steal a base....but unless the Tigers do something they have actually got weaker for regular season unless Nicky ends up being a stud...but better for the post season.

Davis is only useful as a PR and/or hitting LHP. Nice platoon bat with Dirks, but not much else to say about this.

ok, wow, thought 9-10 mil a year was crazy high because of the Ellsbury deal...actually a very solid deal at 4 to 5 mil a year, at least you know exactly what he does.

I would rather have davis leadoff but his OBP hasnt been too good.....but id rather have hunter or kinsler hitting 5......otherwise its going to be a walk miggy athon....even tho alot of tiger fans dont see why other teams would walk miggy.....not with vmart hitting 4th. Myself? Vmarts a turtle and 5-9 is nothing to write home about....so hopefully kinsler or hunter hits 5th. Prefer kinsler.

Davis is a decent platoon guy. He will be a late inning defensive replacement and pinch runner.

Plus he will be able to spell A Jax in CF instead of Don Kelly.

Detroit really needs a guy like A Lind or E. Chavez on their bench. I would prefer Chavez as Castellanos could use a good mentor and Detroit a good security blanket.

I keep hearing KC is in on Infante, good drive the Yankees price up! I doubt you can outbid the evil empire but you can make em pay!
