a team could win a few more games, like 3, during the regular season (like the 3 they would have to win in a 7 game series to win) and wouldn't been in a 1 game series...

They added an extra WC spot, they should just be happy to get the one game...since they shouldn't have even added a 2nd WC spot to begin with.

Or it shouldnt exist to begin with. A one game wild card will never guarantee the best team advances, its pointless and a waste of time.
