I've always been a fan of Mussina and I hope he gets in.

I read a book that documented his and Glavin's final seasons in New York, Yankees and Mets respectively. Pretty interesting. I think it was called Pitching In The Black, or something like that.

I've always hated Mussina and still think that he should get in. The guy was a whiney, Stanford, brat. But his numbers, especially in that division, make him HOF. And had he hung around for that 300, he'd be in by now.

The thing about Mussina is, he adjusted his game so well when he lost his best stuff. He is exactly what you look for in a guy when you say "pitcher". His knuckle-curve in the mid-2000s was nasty when the fastball wasn't there anymore.

He also is the best fielding pitcher of his era not named Kenny Rogers.
