Here's how you handle it:
1. When the demands are presented just say no to everything. Even if one of the requests is extra ice in the tea, the answer is "no".
2. Explain that anyone who doesn't want to accept the school's position must agree that they will continue to practice, play and attend classes as previously agreed and give it their very best.
3. Anyone who refuses to do so loses their scholarship at the end of the year. No exceptions.

The fans would respect that. If OU lost a Spencer Rattler (NOT saying Spencer would do anything like that) the fans would shrug and say "let's reload". It's the same with other schools too.
