Pats will have Gronk back. Edelman, Mitchell, Hogan, Amendola, Lewis. White and possibly Christian McCaffrey?
Brady will be leading this offense again. They need to get rid of Andrews and I expect they'll either draft a center or sign a FA.

The defense is a totally different animal.

BB and his staff are pretty high on Andrews. He's been pretty solid and Brady trusts him. I don't see them moving him.

Replacing Harrison will be a top priority. Nothing against Deebo because he's an animal, but having a 38 year old be your best pass rusher is not a good look. Dupree is still coming along. Jarvis Jones was supposed to be that answer, but he is nothing more than a rotational player. OLB in round 1 is what I am predicting in this upcoming draft.

agreed. we need to ditch the 3-4 and become a 4-3 man cover, bump-and-run defense, it's the only way to play against a team like the patriots. i can't believe it's been over 15 years and our fucking franchise still hasn't figured this out.

Felt like the DC Butler was always 2 steps behind McDaniels. He tried being aggressive early but Brady's quick-release passing rendered the Steelers pass rush non-existent. That forced Butler to drop 8 into zone coverage which was a joke. IMO the biggest & EASIEST fix to that defense would be to get rid of that 12-15yd cushion their CBs are giving off the line of scrimmage. They coach the "keep the play in front of you" to the secondary which is good in theory, but elite QBs will dissect it.

Always been my qualm with zones in this NFL. Just wasting time and effort against the very best QB's, and in the AFC especially- you WILL see one in the playoffs unless you are more than a little charmed. As for my team- I am, as a fan, apoplectic at a QB who will refuse to throw at an open receiver in said zone. Both teams have a boogeyman of sorts they need to put to bed but don't have an easy answer for.
