From a where are they now perspective, they are a talented 8-4 9-3 type team that may challenge for a conference title but will ultimately fall short and win a decent bowl game.

It makes you wonder why they changed conferences. Biggest thing that happened to them since they joined the SEC was they had a great season and won the cotton bowl. That's pretty much what they would have got if they were still in the Big 12

I'm looking forward to the game this year, and I don't normally look forward to games from either of your teams when you aren't playing Alabama. So something must be brewing.

And not to be an asshole, but I'm kind of wanting LSU to get shut out by A&M, while LSU gives up 70. I don't really know why, it's not out of hate or anything like that. For some reason that just seems like it would be amusing based on everything that's happened lately.

I would also enjoy the exact opposite happening as well, and for the same reasons - so don't hate on me too much.

I just really want to see 1 team stomp a mudhole in the other is all.

We moved because now we have a guaranteed spot in a power conference, and we all know we will eventually end up with a few mega conferences. Didn't want to be an add-on to wherever Texas went.
