it was bad, but good teams overcome that

no doubt the knicks may get the rough treatment in boston...reffing wise...interesting to see how they respond

Ill break it down for u.... In he first half, the refs hit Garnett with two ticky tack fouls in the first 3.5 mins... Best player is benched for the rest of the quarter... In he second quarter as the Celtics begin to make a run and the Knicks are scuffling,the refs keep blowing quick whistles on the Cs and stunting all momentum and sending NY to the line.

Scenarios are reversed to start the 3rd quarter and I think one foul was called on the Knicks during the crucial 20 point swing that decided that game....

Throw in the FACT that Stern had his number one, the NUMBER ONE home team siding ref in the NBA in this game, as well as number six... Let me tell u.... This is how David Stern manipulates the outcomes of games...

Down simply doesn't watch enough NBA to understand just how much the refs affected last night's game...

wrong as usual...I've watched enough games to know that the refs affect EVERY game...dramatically...it's the way the league wants it....slows the game down, makes it drag on longer, more advertising time = more money...

It's really that simple. Blaming the refs in the NBA is akin to blaming the weather in Cleveland...you know it's going to suck...sooo...deal with it...

You're on the road in the NBA...you're getting bad calls, it's an absolute certainty...in the past? This team had the talent to overcome it....that's flat out NOT the case anymore.

They had their chance in game one to make this a series, and they blew it in the 4th quarter..C's steal a game at home...this is done in 5...
