Oh they probably gave too much for him, especially if Indy wanted to get rid of him so badly. When hasn't Washington given up too much. Who was the Atlanta RB they acquired for two draft picks? What did they give up for Jason Taylor, two picks right? A second and a 3rd or 4th for McNabb. It isn't just RR, it is the organization.my thing is i dont think we needed to give up what we did to get him
i expect wince will play like a mid level qb and make some great plays and will make some awful ones . in the past that wasnt good enough even though it should have been . you can win with a mid level guy but you have to have good players around him
How many guys named Cousins, Williams and Scherff let walk for a $10 chip?
I love the story of Heinicke but he is limited. They needed a QB so they did what they always do ... they over paid. Meanwhile Scherff and Ironman left and the FO got pretty much the lowest they could.
I'd rather see a more QB with NFL caliber talent. I have said all along "I have no idea if it will work but I am going to give the guy a chance and cross my fingers." If Wentz doesn't work they call always trade 3 No. 1's and a couple of 2's for a QB next year. It is what a Snyder organization does.
