The last LSU d-coordinator didn't seem to help aggie play better defense.
For real? That's insane. aTm is going to kill their own program by setting the expectations so high they can't be reached.Local radio is stating A&M is offering to pay his buyout ($1.5mil) and pony up $3mil a year. If he leaves LSU is in a world of sh!t and this game will be come a true rivalry.
They need to win the conference within the first 3 yearsFor real? That's insane. aTm is going to kill their own program by setting the expectations so high they can't be reached.
That game just went nuclear if this move happens.A&M has no respect for LSU

Said this from the freaking beginning, should have promoted the damn guy to HC. The writing is on the wall for him to be the second on staff employee to take over an HC job. If you are already going with unproven guys, why go with the guy that failed miserably at his last Hc stint? Ohh I know why, Joe Alleva may be the single worst athletic director in the nation.WOW?!?!?!

That's insane. LSU has been playing good defense for the better part of a decade. They may want to save a couple dollars to hire a OC
LSU head coach Ed Orgeron announced Wednesday night on Twitter that defensive coordinator Dave Aranda has agreed to remain with the Tigers. Aranda is receiving a new four-year contract that will pay him $2.5 million annually, a source told ESPN. The entire $10 million deal is guaranteed.
JMO, I would have sent him packing, don't get me wrong he is very good at his job but the amount being paid is getting out of hand.
Has to be more to it than is being said. I along with many others think the writing is on the wall for Orgeron (his $3.5 mil a year isn't guaranteed). Aranda will be the next LSU HC.
