Angels were 8-1 against the Red Sox in the regular season in 2008. Who won the ALDS? My memory is a little fuzzy.

Plenty of teams have started a season by owning another team, only for the latter to turn the tables. Not saying that's what's going to happen by any means. I still think the Tigers win the Central.

It was frustrating for the Sox to go 8-0 against the Yanks and watch that lead evaporate. And then when they went into the Bronx in early August for a 4-game set (down by only 2.5 games in the division), the Sox got swept and the Sox never got any closer than 5 games on the Yanks.
