Find this post extremely hilarious! The guy cheers for a team that has had the highest payroll for years to no avail. Buying rings fails why? They were the choke artist many times and suddenly it's other teams that choke.

I do think these contracts given out to players today are nuts. Sure they're talented players, but most don't meet or exceed expectations for the $ they're being paid. I will say however, I give more credit to teams willing to open the checkbook to add talent instead of a front office that does little to improve the team and make them relevant. There's teams in MLB that haven't done jack for 20-30 years. I would hate to be a fan of one of those teams.
