I watched 7 innings. Down 6-0 my daughter wanted to watch Conan and the actors from Game of Thrones and Walking Dead who were interviewed. As soon as it was over I said "Let's check on the Twins"... we turned to see Suzuki get plunked and the score was 6-3, bases loaded with one out. We watched Santana nearly decapitate Soria for 6-5 and the Dozier. My 18 year old daughter has a new crush, it is no longer Benedict Cumberbatch... but one Brian Dozier. I think I have a mini-crush myself right now.

Soria's issue last night was two huge mistakes.

1-2 count on Kurt Suzuki one of the least threatening hitters in the league and he beans him with a fluttery off speed pitch in the arm.

Then the 1st pitch slider to Dozier. Now Doz is a notorious fastball masher so the slider wasn't a bad idea, but he's also a notorious 1st pitch swing that likes the ball up....so you simply cannot even come close to hanging a slider there. He did.

Hicks was just a great battle and Santana...honestly no body expected that lol.
