Dive was only needed because of the bad break, but he recovered nicely and made a nice play...

Just looking around MLB at the scores and saw the Yankees put up 20 runs (and counting). My immediate guess at who was starting was Nathan Eovaldi. He's 13-2 this season, but with a 4.17 ERA, 1.44 WHIP, 97 ERA+. He's basically a below average pitcher, but he's getting an incredible 7.06 runs of support, per 9 innings (and going up).

I had hoped Heston would look a little better after his extra few days of rest. Maybe he got too many days of rest.

Kuip mentioned that as well. Just tuned in and the hits he's given are not cheapies.

Definitely. There were what, 3 or 4 line shots on the chalk.

But he gave up 2 HRs and a shit-ton of fly all outs. He is a sinker baller. Fly outs are not supposed to happen.

Unfortunately, the Giants pitching staff is not built for Colorado. Colorado is where junk-pitchers go to get tortured. The Giants staff is full of junk.
