Our guys tend to not come back the same after dl stints, at least not in the 2nd half of this season.
Kinda makes me wonder what Blanco will be like next month.

I think a few of us were buying into the idea that this team turned a corner Thursday and Friday. The past three games seem to say otherwise. This team is in a deep funk and there doesn't seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel. For every game that they win, they play flat for another 2 or 3 games.
With the way this game is going, the August record will stand at 7-13, with 7 games left. It feels like someone switched the major league roster with Richmond's. Might as well call up Rodolfo Martinez and Angel Villalona. Its like the way the Flying Squirrels played in the first half was a foreboding of what the big league club would do in the second half.
Here's to a winning streak starting tomorrow.
