Well I guess I know how you feel about the subject.......

:laugh3:

that smiley represents "Humorless Fuck"

It dates back to about 10-15 years ago on Disney, meaning that someone took a post seriously when it was intended completely tongue-in-cheek...

And, in a related note, let me please share with you my famous (on CBS) inability to detect sarcasm from the written page. It's not an alt, but, I did have the nickname Larry Literal.

For future reference.

I'm pissed about Haren losing the W today, so I will have to fall back on the fact that at least Posey got that 2nd hit and run in the 9th.

Fantasy baseball makes for some strange bedfellows..........

The bullpen get the last 9 outs using 26 pitches.

Good things happens when you go with your strengths, throw strikes, and challenge the hitters to hit your best pitch.

Belt with another homer, now leads the team with 15.

Yeah, he needs to be traded ASAP, too. A mid-level prospect, anything to avoid paying that ridiculous contract he has.

Wait, what?

The fun part is that I have yet to hear anyone who knows anything say anything except that he has flipped the switch, and this is the new Belt.

His play is ALMOST making these games exciting to follow.

BB's OPS in Aug is 1.329. That's pretty exciting.

Belt is either literally on fire, or he has truly figured this little game out.

If he has actually figured this thing out, we are looking good for next year.

I hope you are right and this is not just another tease.

Belt is having a good season, in fact by OPS he's already one of the top ten Giant 1b of all time.

The antiBelties really need to :stfu:

Most of us have been gripping since about May 18th or so. Perhaps we need a new grip, as you suggest.

Huh? Am I being a :dunce:
if I refer to this:

I'm probably going to really screw this up, but it has to do with the way he is gripping his bat. A few weeks ago they said he was holding it so that the bottom knuckles were aligning (too tight of a grip) so they had him work on changing it so that the middle ones line up. Or something like that.
:noidea:

Yeah, my take that Belt's ceiling is JT Snow is starting to look pretty stupid right now.
Turns out he just needed the vote of confidence....here kid, instead of benching you twice a week, have the 3 spot!
