Peavy has had less run support than Vogelsong, hard to believe. Let's really, really, really try and score some early runs today, OK fellas?

LOL! Yeah, instead of rolling over the outside fastballs and pulling them to short (or 2b for a LHH), let's try and go oppo once in a while.

I'd love to see Morse's hitting chart from April-May, and then June-August. I would guess that he had a lot more oppo hits early on, and is trying to pull everything now.

Someone posted a few days back that the Giants truly were the worst team in the majors at scoring a runner on 3rd with no outs. Anyone remember which GDT that was in?

I think it now counts as a shut down inning if you don't give up any runs the next inning after you just gave up some runs. I am declaring it to be so. Or maybe we need a name for that...No Worse Inning? NWI?

Runner on 3rd less than 2 outs, Giants are, indeed, dead last in all of baseball.
