7 Inning Double Headers, 26-man Roster, Runner on 2nd in Extras?

According to MLB Network these rules are proposed for 2021. I hated the extra inning rule last year, but it has grown on me. It allows some additional strategy in the game and ends games a bit quicker. I have watched 7-inning double headers for years in the minors and like them. It allows the manager to not over-extend his starter and helps protect the bullpen. The rosters will be 26 with a 5-player taxi squad. Rosters would be expanded to 28 in September.
All of this was reported on MLB Network and is, of course, subject to players' approval.

well the Double Header I’m ok with I guess
The runner on 2nd just isn’t real baseball to me, too many times the more deserving team will lose because so many little quirky lucky things happen in that situation

This reminds me of the fucked up way they've gone to deciding tie hockey games.

Play the game the way it's supposed to be played.

Either that or bring out a card table and four chairs and play a hand of Old Maid, if you're going to play something other than baseball.

The free runner on 2nd is ridiculous, surprised these brilliant minds didn't just put a runner on 3rd.....Also, each team gets ice cream after the games.....
