interesting note on tartabull, and some trivia

tartabull drove in 101 runs for the whitesox in 1994. He scored only 58 runs. thats the 2nd lowest total in runs scored for a guy who drove in at least 100. name the guy ahead of him.

He hasn't pitched against them this year, so I'd have to see it.

In over 110 innings vs the Indians, he's 5-7 with a 4.07 ERA. Compare that to his career, 87-54 with a 2.93 ERA.

He's owned, and it'd take more than a game or two to prove he's no longer.

Good guess and one I would have thought too, but he scored 100 runs twice and the fewest RBI he had in those seasons was 40.

I'm profiling a leadoff basestealer with not much pop playing on a good team. I checked Juan Pierre, Ozzie Smith, and Kenny Lofton and its none of those guys.

Surprised how infrequent the 100 runs scored mark is to be honest.

I didn't mean to say he's not still "owned" , more that I wouldn't go into the game expecting a loss, simply because it's the Indians. Not the way he's pitching right now.

The player does fall in line with all that, except he was on a mediocre team.
