i know it's just a joke, but it's way past old. many fans from many cities across the nation have been doing the same, if not worse, things than what philly fans do. for the most part they stick to booing or occasionaly drunk, low level harrassing of rival fans.

UEFA banned alcohal sales in stadiums across Europe. I dont see the NFL doing that, as it would affect the bottom line, but I could see them banning it outside the stadiums if this sort of hooliganism increases. You'd have to take out a second mortgage to get beligerent inside.
