Why is Crawford not hitting in the 2 spot?

I am mostly disappointed in Blanco as a leadoff hitter. He never takes more than 2-3 pitches, and even when he gets on, he doesn't run.

I was shocked to see that Blanco was hitting .241 on the leadoff spot, with a .353 OBP.

What DIDN't shock me was seeing his .059 average when leading off in the first inning.

We miss Oxy.
