It would have been a bang bang play, but an on-the-money throw gets him. And, yeah, adding injury to insult, Zito gives up a scorcher and hurts our MVP.

The good news from this start? Zito only threw 80 pitches. He should be fresh and strong when he faces the Dodgers in his next start at home.

Really hope Song has a good/great game tonight. Don't want to lose another series. Starts getting stressfull when you have to rely on whoever the Doyers are playing to help you keep pace.

I'm not sure how close we'll stay to them with two SP having some issues. Hard to believe it, but Zeets was carry some of Timmy's problems for us. Now it's starting to look like he reverting back to what he's been for most of his time with us. If Timmy is going to 'find himself' now would be the opportune time.
