I kind of want the Penguins to scratch Paul Martin in favor of Simon Despres.

Martin got beat to the puck consistently every time he was on the ice. At least twice, it led to goals. And he's so soft.

At least Despres would be hungry.

Okay, let's start a breakdown of the game:

Pens came out soaring in the first. Flyers came out flat.
How Simmonds dodged taking 2+10 for the deliberate trip of Fleury I do not know.
What the hell was with that too many men thing in the first?
Crosby's backhand goal HAD to be luck. HAD to be, because if he can do that shot (off balance, on his backhand, right inside the top corner) intentionally, then we should probably just give him the Cup now and save everyone some effort. Credit to him for taking that shot, because throw everything on net, right? RIGHT?
The third Penguins goal was a missed icing call. Crosby made a hell of a pass, but that play never should have happened. Speaking of which...
Briere's first shouldn't have counted either. The guy was coming in on Fleury almost before the puck got into the zone.
Rinaldo, you are here to play stifling defense and hit people really hard when they have the puck, not hit them sort of softly when they don't. Please learn the difference and stop taking bad minors.
Bryzgalov really settled down in the second/third. Crosby and company had some great setups, but he stopped everything he had to, and damn were we lucky that one shot hit iron.
Briere's second goal was fluky (bounced off Crosby), but hey, throw everything on net.
Briere generated a penalty, but damn he got rocked on that call.
Nice setup by Hartnell on the Schenn goal. What exactly was the Pens' defense doing, planning out the post-game slumber party? They sure weren't covering anyone.
I'm still not exactly sure what happened on Voracek's overtime goal. Looked like a lot of pinball, and Voracek was just in the right spot. Oh well.

What a comeback. The officiating left a lot to be desired, but both sides benifited from it. Crosby's goal was AMAZING. Byrzgalov kept the Flyers in it. Briere came up huge. Schenn & Voracek were difference makers. Those two trades continue to pay dividends for Philly.
