I tend to disagree. I think when it comes to strictly coaching, it may be difficult to relay what they see or look for, but essentially everyone is trying to look for the same thing when it comes to hitting. He may not have the proper pedagogy to do it, but I think he can relay the fundamentals just fine. What you're referring to is if, say, he become a scout or some kind of talent evaluator. That's when they fail (think Michael Jordan).

It was painfully obvious that he wants in, and he certainly shouldn't be in the broadcast booth. I hope he gets hired today. Long Live Teh Lord!
