He needs to be sent down the second Ahmed is available. His bat is ready (or at least, ready enough), but his glove needs LOTS of work.

I prefer that, but if management wants to still keep him up, late innings should be a no go. Unless it is a blowout win so he can gain his confidence and maybe one day be a decent fielder

Perhaps it’s just an aberration. He can’t be that bad

I'd expect that's exactly what will happen. He knows what he needs to do to stay up in the Show. Will he do it?

Easy to say...harder to achieve. He can't go to 3b, probably not 1b, the OF is kinda full. He'd have to DH and that position is taken.

OF won’t be as full next year. Yaz for example won’t be back. We don’t know yet if Ramos or Matos or even Luciano are for real. And as cal mentioned could be a nice trade piece to a team that needs a OF or DH. Or maybe 2B, maybe Estrada plays short.
