Samardjiza is probably our worst starter.

That what I've been trying to say. If he is truly injured (and I'm just pulling that from rumors) then put him on the dl. Let Beede sink or swim in the bigs. AAA isn't helping him one bit.

But making the more safe assumption that Samardzija is healthy, you know he won't be bumped from the rotation, regardless of how poorly he's pitching. So who gets the bump? Holland? He's more effective than Samardzija.

Since those rough two games April 11th & 13th, Dyson has appeared in 14 games, throwing 13 innings, and giving up 6 hits, 6 walks, 1 run and striking out 9.
