So my question is, if we can play at that level when we need/want to, then what gives? Why so many struggles?

The most part of it would be the teams youth.
Game one was more of the butterflies and awe these kids had to of felt because of their first playoff experience.

Seems funny as frustrated as our boys were game one, it was only in game two when the temper tantrum boys were unhappy that things seemed to get heated and ugly. Yet if you look on the general board the pens fans have been bitching that they have been waiting for the Flyers to start cheap shoting. Funny how they don't see Crosby or Malkin being bitches in game two.

First period, was incredible.....
The end of the game, leaving WFC was like a bad episode of The Walking Dead.
