I understand that but they should still be utilized nonetheless. McDonald has so far done a good job in blocking and is a receiving threat that should be used. Baldwin has had some limited success in his short career and I would like to see him activated over Moore at this point.

They are trying to use him, he's just not getting open. I agree that Moore is pretty useless at this point and I'd like to give Baldwin a try.

kap panics in the pocket too when his first read is covered. a few times today already the protection held up and he started to scramble when he could probably just hold tight

Kap doesn't appear to be looking for receivers. He finishes his drop and goes right into scramble around mode.
On the third down it looked like he had Moore (I think it was 19) coming across the middle with a step on the defender and he never saw it. It was right in the middle of the field.

TV sometimes throws it off but this appears to be one of the more impressive regular season home crowds as far as noise goes for a game that the 49ers have had in a while.
