Baldwin is inactive and McDonald just isn't VD, no one is for that matter.

McDonald might not be VD but he is a big target with decent hands that may open things up for keep in the middle of the field.

Kaep hasn't been sharp, but it's kinda hard to get going when there's no one to throw to.

I understand that but they should still be utilized nonetheless. McDonald has so far done a good job in blocking and is a receiving threat that should be used. Baldwin has had some limited success in his short career and I would like to see him activated over Moore at this point.
