well 2nd half shows same offense. That was an ugly 2nd half. Good win and I will take it but we saw gabbert look good in the 1st half and bad in the 2nd. Having no running game hurt in the 2nd half. Too many drops today. 7 overall.

Props to the D for playing good. Take away 1 deep play to end the half and the D played great. It was nice to see Bowman look like a beast again. Maybe he is starting to get healthy. Lynch was awesome before getting hurt. I Gabbert for the 1st half. Made some nice throws and good reads. I was not happy with the 2nd half. He started to make poor throws.

Bye week and then on to Seattle. That game will tell if we stay with Gabbert or just go back to Kap.

Gabbert looked good in the 1st half and was ok the second half. Had some nice throws and some were inaccurate. Thought we had a chance against a bad defense that was missing some starters. The game next week will be a big test. The defense was the star today considering Atlanta has been really good on offense. What can you say about the corners who were thrown into the fire today, especially Cromartie. He made a couple of really nice tackles on Freeman. Nice to see Armstread get some pressure something we rarely see from Tank. Nice game by Draughn too coming off the street. Would like to see Ellington more involved in the passing game. Patton had nice catch. Simpson was goat dropping easy catch. Torrey Smith dropped an easy pass but made up for it by catching a couple of poorly thrown balls.

Tartt looked really good today. Forgot to mention him. I like his physical play and big hits. If he continues to get better the team can move on from Bethea next year

Really impressed with the defense. I thought Matt Ryan and Julio Jones would have their way with the secondary. The backups and new guys really stepped up. It was nice to see the offense move the ball and score. I can't figure out whether our offensive line improved or Atlanta's pass rush just sucks. I was totally sold on Gabbert until the second pick. Definitely start Gabbert against Seattle. They already know how to beat Kaep and there's less game tape on Gabbert.

Both long passes, same as punts. At least he is trying to get the ball completed, unlike Kaepernick who only throws it in the stands so he won't get a pick next to his name.

I am. I knew most of those sacks were on Kaepernick and not the line because he cannot read or anticipate so he holds the ball and gets sacked. Gabbert also ran better than kapernick has been running.
