49ers Sign S Ventrone; Waive FB Schepler

He played for Seely and Mangini in Cleveland. Mangini was NE's defensive coordinator the year he came into the league, too. Mangini brought him to New York with him as well but he didn't make the final cut. He's had health issues lately.
