Not as disappointed as I was last week. Annoyed may be a better word. Feeling hopeful as well. Could have won that game.

I thought Scott was the biggest reason we lost the last game to the Giants. Today I feel the same way about Ron. Chasing points early against a defense like the 49ers, you take points when you can get them.

Last week punts on the Giants 34 but goes for it against that defense on your own 30ish?

I thought Heinicke was really good in the first half. The soul crushing turnovers deep in his own end led to his benching. Redzone struggles kill this team because you burn 10 min on a drive and come away with zero. Then the other team strikes quick and we are chasing the game and clock after that.

I've been saying don't mess with a streak. I lobbied to play him instead of Howell. That said, all the streak talk aside, this team hasn't won a football game in a month.

I'm excited to see what we look like with Wentz moving forward. He looked good today. 49ers were playing soft, but that TD pass to Samuel was in the bucket.

This offensive line will be the reason our season eventually ends. Putting Leno on an island with Bosa is on Scott.

TE is officially a need.

Bad luck on Dotson for losing the ball in the sun. Terry is unbelievable and Samuel has proven to be a really nice free agent signing.

I was worried we'd find out that Chase is a shell of himself and is damaged goods. Hell No! Chase looked good! He's gonna be a problem next year.



Payne and Sweat combined for a big sack.

I thought Davis played really well. The defense shouldn't be upset by the 37 points. Skins consistently gave it away in their own end.

We do need a LB though. Pretty sure Bostic tore his pec. Moving McCain back into the box and trusting Danny in the slot might be the move, unless we want to sign someone.

Relieved to see BSJ come back and finish the game. Curl is so important to this defense. I was glad they didn't push it. It was always about these last two games. Need him ready.

Wildgoose, you are not important enough to be out there getting penalties like that. I thought the unnecessary roughness call on that punt coverage was BS. Can't remember who it was.

Gotta win two home games against a team with nothing to play for in the Browns and beat Cooper Rush. If you can't do that, you don't deserve to go.

We lost to a team we were supposed to lose to. Shanahan is a much better coach than RR.

He might not have been worth the picks but Wentz is better than Heinicke. God bless Taylor but he is limited and 0-2-1 in crunch time.

For those who bitched when Dotson dropped a ball, a YOLO ball ... you look silly now. I was at a bar drinking but called his TD in the back of the end zone

For those who bitched about Dotson and Robinson's draft position .... you were wrong. My guess is you don't mind now.

It was time to go to Wentz. Ton of pressure on Wentz. The majority of the fans want Heinicke in there, but listening to 106 and 980 that number was decreasing. Wentz has to win over that locker room. Quickest way to do that is go beat the Browns Sunday.

Here is the thing. Anyone that quoted anything from people in Indy were clueless. That organization might be more mismanaged than Washington. They look real smart this year. Jaylen Hurts is playing bit time. So who knows there.

I still agree with dad, they over paid for Wentz but he might be back next year depending on the next two games.

I still think they need another QB but with the sale of team not likely to go through until spring I am not expecting big changes.
