Wasnt he a decent return man?

Here are the numbers which is only part of the story but:

He was 2nd in punt return average (with 3 PR TDs) in his second season (13.0 yards/return which was 4th best individually - 9.3 was the NFL team average). His rookie year he only had 20 PRs for 103 yards. He had 34 for 177 yards in his third season and 17 for 123 in his fourth and final season with Oakland.

He only returned kicks for them in his 2nd year and had 36 for 842 yards (23.4 yards/return which was tied for 25th individually - 22.8 was the NFL team average).

Ted Ginn - WR - 49ers

Free agent WR/KR Ted Ginn will visit the Vikings on Tuesday.
The return specialist has already visited the Ravens and Lions. He's reportedly seeking an increased role as a receiver, and could be offered it by the Vikings, who are perilously thin at wideout behind Percy Harvin and Michael Jenkins.
