Yet they were still down or close to down double digits in the 4th.
You're not overcoming that on the road vs the WC champ.

I said last game, the EC need to continually foul Tristan.

a strategy they DEFINITELY should've continued doing...

btw anyone else think THAT rule gets changed next season...?

thought so by looking at Adam Silver...

In the West Cavs would of lost in the 2nd rd and maybe even in the 1st. Its a different kind of basketball. really think about who the cavs have played so far. no body.

They can beat every Team in the West, sans the Spurs and Warriors.

So, technically...your statement is true because they would have to go thru one, or the other, to get to the Finals.

I hope they save a bit of that magic for the Finals.

They need it if they hope to best whoever comes out of the West between the 2 Titans.
hey...if a gun was put to my head id pick the Spurs...but dont count OKC out just yet....if Kawhi Leonard starts developing a clutch gene yah the Spurs will win (and yah i know he won a finals mvp but that was with no expectations- last year when their were huge expectations he came up short in the playoffs- relatively speaking at least).

Id let Alrdidge beat me.....a guy taking 18 foot 2 point shots...if that beats me...so be it....better than getting beat by 3's and the SAS ball movement and pick and roll...

Definitely agree on that, although I think Miami would give them a good fight.

The good Heat can beat them in Miami.
We've seen it.
The road Heat can't score 85.

I just hope it happens, even though during most of the games I'll prob wonder why I hoped for it.

Yeah hitting 21 and 25 3's in back-to-back games lol. The Hawks played about as good as you could of than rebounding and they still lost. Cavs were on fire and faced adversity. I liked the way they fought

lol, what? The two teams Cleveland has played had better records (and .500 or better records against the West) than three teams in the West.
the West SUCKED ASS in the playoffs this year, lol

seriously...3 teams in the West dont SUCK this year when the playoffs rolled around....

HCA would be crucial in that series. Definitely need to steal Game 1. Cleveland will be rusty after a nice long rust since this series isn't lasting long.

:tsk:

Aldridge has been great.

If they want him to beat them, I Think he's up for the task.

Cavs give Cleveland way too many open looks for 3. You would think Cleveland is at the bottom of the league in 3's with the way the Hawks are defending them

There were ten teams in the East that were .500 or above, as opposed to only eight teams in the West. There are three teams in the West that had worse records than the eighth team in the East. In addition, more teams in the East .500 against the West (nine) than vice-versa (seven).

To suggest the Hawks are a non-Playoff team in the West is ludicrous. Hell, I'm not so sure Detroit doesn't make the Playoffs in the West. I think they're way better than the Rockets and Grizzlies.
no its a fact man. West beat up on each other. Come one. I know you are a Hawks fan but they would have no shot in the west and they would defintley not be in the 2nd rd. Its a big difference. If lucky the Hawks might of been a 8th seed and they would of played GS.

Series sweep, hawks lay down for game 4, the arena will only be 75% full. Book it!

Not really. Their 2 performances in Detroit would not be good enough to win in GSW or SAS. They struggled big time in both of those games and needed 4th quarter runs to win.

You're the dumb one if you really thing the way they performed on the road in Detroit would be good enough to beat GSW, SAS, or even OKC away from Cleveland.

I was really hoping I wouldn't have to explain it to him.
Now I don't.

Wiggy are you going to answer my question or nah?
what question? are you talking about a question about Hasssan Whiteside on a Cavs thread an hour after the Cavs just won a playoff game? no- im not- i could give a fuck. I am enjoying Valunciunas outplaying him....lets see when some REAL adversity occurs. Olnyk, Marcus Morris, now TEague...guys do stupid stuff that when they are getting embarassed--- JUST WAIT.....JUST FUCKING WAIT!! MWAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAH

*and when i say just wait i preface that by saying- i hope the Heat dont choke so we can all get what we are hoping for-
