Jairo pitches like a grown ass man.
Strickland is starting to worry me.
I want to say that it shouldn't matter the role, a pitcher has to execute. However, I know that baseball players are notoriously set on routine. They can get uncomfortable not having some set role to play, especially relief pitchers. However, ball players are also extremely competitive. Strickland should see this uncertainty as a chance to shine. Yet, to flip the coin again, if a player puts too much pressure to do well, he can push himself too far and get too mentally taxed. All that to say, its a hard call.Do you think this has anything to do with the roles guys have? Noggin has no idea who to trust. He hasn't really had those decisions much with Petit and Affeldt and Romo and JLo and KCYa. Bt now Petit is elsewhere, JA is retired, and Romo is hurt. JLo is not himself. So there are new guys who can all throw hard, but where should they be used? JA could face RHH and LHH, but Oshich and Okert seem to be more LOOGY guys. There is a sorting out process, methinks.
Are you saying the Kemp call was a trap? It looked pretty clearly out to me.my god. The people in NY need to get investigated. Every single time it looks clear as day one way they call it the other way. I have seen it way too many times this season. It makes no sense at all. Do the people in NY even know what the game of baseball is?
Of course, I am watching the jackass broadcast, so maybe there was a more clear angle. Are you saying the Kemp call was a trap? It looked pretty clearly out to me.
It did, but it was in the glove the whole time. The ball clearly bounced, imo.
God damn it, KCYa...
What were our guys saying about the SB challenge? Looked out to me, but these jack-asses were saying he was safe.
It did, but it was in the glove the whole time.
