Second why would I ask behavioral advice from the 3 no one has been able to train with their behavior?

Third thank you all for the kind words and I know I'm going to do fine and eventually this kid will be able to trust again and be apart of the class. Right now according to the teacher there hasn't been one day he hasn't tried to fight someone. He is a distraction to the class and I feel a lot of it is avoidance which I did as a child but I used my humor to make the class laugh and the teacher sent me outside the classroom. I got out of the assignment and she got me out of the classroom.

Notice once I pick it slows down. Because I get lazy and stop texting and PMing guys that they are OTC. My motivation to keep draft moving fast is when I got a pick coming up. Well I don't pick for awhile so my motivation is low right now plus I am doing a college test online so I am really not motivated at doing anything now. So don't blame nos but me.

picks in...Jose Rijo...6 straight seasons with a sub 2.9 era. And I learned about him 5 minutes ago...whoops. Side note, I take it theres some criticism of him Im missing? Durability? Not enough sustained performance?

yea, haven't really heard much of him either... from 1990-1993 he seems like an ELITE pitcher... and 4 years of ELITE definitely deserves to be drafted... I am seeing outside of those 4 seasons he either didn't pitch enough or just wasn't that good...

Looks also, he never got the respect because of team and WINS... back then wins mattered for CY... Sad i am saying 1990 is back then... HE was the clear CY in 1993 but was 5th in the voting
