I say we don't start this new times until next week. I would hate to skip someone this weekend from a rule we just created. I think 3hrs on weekends and 2 hrs during the week.

I think it should go into effect immediately. Not checking in for over 6 hours is no one's fault but your own and you deserve to be skipped.
