Was gonna take Carroll or Hood.
Well played.

We are not factoring in contracts though, are we?
Nice pick @CitySushi, I was unrealistically hoping he would still be around when it got down to me
Yeah in terms of talent he has all the tools to be at least in the JJ Redick type player conversation. Add to that he's a legit 6'6" and it makes him more appeal. I was really hoping Rodney Hood slipped all the way down to me. Didn't even think Carroll was on anyone's radar either.

i def have Covington on my watch list---- but i think its an overdarft here mostly because i think he would have fallen for a while just simply being on the Sixers and a little under the radar....i dont pick for another 10-15 picks but i think i would have looked at Covington- and i respect that he is really the only non-high lotto pick that the Sixers have been able to develop - a good athlete that can play the 2 or 3--- but it worries me his 3pt shot has gone down by a decent amount this year.....
I dont hate the pick, but obviously i dont love it since i think there was prob better value- or at least perceived value out there at this point.....I have posted in the last year though when we all discussed the Sixers rebuild that Covington was a solid rotation that will stick around.
At the round you got him in…. you got the steal of the draft my friend.
I think he was definitely solid value there. I think so far I've put together a pretty cohesive roster. Two monster scorers in Bledsoe and Griffin, a do it all player in Barnes, who shoots 40% from 3. Then I just got Booker to add another shooter and play maker. All on the team are plus passers. Defensively Bledsoe and Griffin are solid, Barnes is plus and Booker is a negative. Like the way my team is shaping up without having a top pick.
Seems like the draft speed is slowing down. I havent picked in like 4 days it seems like.
