I agree huge disadvantage is strong... But I still have the edge... I also believe I have the edge in half court offense... No doubt both teams will get out and run, but in a game like this it's going to come down to half court possessions at the end... I have Kareem to close it out, that's what it comes down to IMO... And while you have Magic he's being guarded by Hondo so the post up would be tough as will the drive, not impossible but tough... No way Patrick Ewing slows down KAJ...

Havlicek was a really good defender but he was 6'5" 200 pounds. Magic was 6'9" 250 and Magic had some quick feet for a big man. Post him up all day.

Kareem had a big mismatch but so did Magic, anyway you look at it.

Whoa whoa whoa... Hondo is known for his defense first... Kidds defense on Wade is also a reason I should win... Also I'll agree that Magic wasn't Prime but he was 32 I believe, there's a few good years left... All that said, Hondo won't stop Magic but he makes it tough... He's got 8 total all defensive teams, he played before there was DPOY or no doubt would have won at least 1... The advantage KAJ has over Ewing is by far the biggest mismatch in the match, followed by Mullins trying to hold David Thompson...

Magic is my favorite player ever and it's not close... I won't trash him to win here... But we're talking about the All Time leading scorer for the Celtics who is also an 8x All Defensive player... Only a hand full of guards and forwards are good enough to be the top option on offense and guard the best player on defense... Add to that how many minutes he played per game while still maintaining high levels on both ends is unmatched...

70-72 a two year stretch...

28.2ppg 8.6rpg 7.5apg 45.3 minutes per game and only 2.3 fouls per game... Here he is only playing 24 minutes... Can you imagine how much intensity he would play with...?

Which brings me back to the point... The advantage Magic has is no where near the advantage that KAJ has on Ewing... And while were at it, who's going to slow down Kidd...? Again I love me some Magic, but he isn't staying with Kidd especially while he's being hounded by Hondo on the other end...
