Remember due to UK being a genius the first 4 teams will play a playoff to decide who moves into the great 8.

Correct, 1 vs 2 and 3 vs 4. 2 winners and 6 byes will make up the 8 quarterfinalists

Also, after every round, the winning team May add one player from the team they defeated and drop one of their own, as long as they don't have 2 players from one organization afterwards

Do the winners of the play-in round get to add players?

Seems like an unfair advantage if they do.

Yes they do, every round
I'd say it's a bigger disadvantage to play an extra round lol

If you'd like, you can play my 1st round game and go for that extra player.....I'll gladly take that bye:suds:

We can talk about this more in the morning but I don't feel it's fair for the play in teams to get a player from a play in win. The advantage is picking early.

I will play in your spot if you trade me Jordan...

Id gladly play that extra round then. Consider it a deal.

Nobody is going to beat a team that adds a first or second rounder with their current lineup.

Just another thought about this. The reason you are in a play in game is because you were given the advantage of picking early, how is it fair to the teams picking later get to face the teams that already got the first picks but then also got to take a prime player from another team? That's not fair at all...

You might gain a player... or you might be out altogether.... To me, it's fair. Playing an extra win or go home game, but you don't get the add/drop we agreed to before we started? That gives a huge advantage to the teams getting byes. As I said, I will gladly take the bye, either of y'all can switch with me, I'd bet you find takers from the other 1st rounders too

It's not as simple as it would seem also. For instance, if WLK beat Shane, is he dropping Kareem to add Magic, or vice versa? Can't have two Lakers

Just an example.

In a normal draft lets say first pick is MJ second pick is Magic, whoever wins that game gets to play their next game with both MJ and Magic. No, that's not the way this is gonna go...

And the teams picking at the bottom get the 10th and 11th and #1 waits till #20. I've been on both ends of the order, and I've always thought the 10/11 hole is better than #1. Last draft, the two teams in the Finals weren't 1 vs 2. It was 1st pick vs last(8th)

He could simply put Kareem on the Bucks.

How is it far to the other teams that didn't play a play in game to face someone that could end up with the first two picks of the draft?

Then IMO we should scrap the add/drop and the extra round. Play 5 games of 2, add back the highest ranking loser for 6, and play a 3 team final. If we aren't gonna do what we said, I think we should just do it the old way. As I said, I'll switch and you guys can have the advantage

This is simple, how is it fair that the teams picking 5 - 10 may have to face someone who has two of the top four players in the draft in their first game. That's crazy...

We never agreed the winners of the playin games got to add a player I would have said no right away. I will gladly switch with you if it means I get a chance to add one of the top 4 players in the draft after winning 1 game while the team I face next gets nothing. I may lose yes but if I win i'm winning the whole thing.

If it's that big an advantage, there's an easy solution .. let teams 7-10 play the first round games, then they can take advantage of the add

Or, ask WLK, Shane and TLF if they'd like to trade out of their spot like I will. I will take the bye all day

Let's switch, you give me Jordan for Bird and i'll play the first round. I didn't draft a Chicago player.

How is it fair to make the teams that didn't get a chance at MJ or Magic play a play in game? Trade out of their spot after the draft doesn't work unless of course you trade them your 1st pick for theirs and they agree to the trade...
