Another year & another laundry list of offensive problems. We have an OC that wants to run heavy packages with more PA, and a HC & owner that just want to run the ball, and a GM that can't figure out a plan for QB or WR.

Still seems like he's got a grudge against Mason. Because even after rooting against Kenny it didn't sound like he went out of his way to help Kenny like he is doing now with Howard.

Mason is obviously the starter until proven otherwise. Why not offer to help him? Too proud to cross the line he drew in the sand back in 2018?

Whether its intentional or not, he's slighting the man.

Just my 2cents though :noidea:
I see your point.

Outside of that, 2025 looks encouraging…….

Gabe Davis is a signing I want. He doesn't cost any picks.

Ok, true. But if we're gonna fill out a roster, that's the way to do it. Not trading a 5th for Mike Williams for absolutely nothing.

So give me free middling Gabe Davis over Jonnu Smith doing fuckall in a crowded TE room for a draft pick.

Good points. As long as we are giving up next to nothing then I'm fine with it.

But to be honest, it really boils down to this offensive scheme being run-first that will never truly give any WR3/WR4 much impact. Best we can hope for is a DHB type that can fill in on deep routes, but mostly contributes on ST.

Everyone wants to hype up Roman Wilson. But I see a slot WR that runs mostly middle routes where Tomlin refuses to let his QB throw. *shrugs*. Guess I can hope he develops into a Diontae Johnson type WR capable of running routes outside.
