Next draft ? Look year one is for assessment, yr 2 is for getting what you need . Year 3 you should be able to make a run , year 4 is sustaining. Outliers to this process shouldn’t be considered normal. . 7 wins is progress , a doubling of winsIn 2 seasons if we are still drafting in that range something went wrong.
