I saw the press conference and didn’t take it as Wilson getting the job back. Everyone else did tho so I missed something.

Hate to say it but might be the smart move. We will find out what we have in Wilson without benching Fields (it was always Wilson’s job) and if he fails we can go back to Fields.

I just do not see the risk in playing Wilson.

Yeah, they're 4-2 with Fields, but they lost both games in which the defense did not play out of its mind. The record would probably be similar with a healthy Wilson.

It's not like the offense has been great with Fields. The Chargers and Colts games are the only ones where he looked anything like a QB1.

Even with Wilson's struggles in Denver, he was still one of the better deep ball and redzone passers in the league. That's what they need right now.
