Seems like a decent player development guy, which is what the team needs right now.

So I think he is a decent fit.

He is definitely not why the Wizards suck.

Whether or not he is a value added type coach?

I thought I read several mocks where he was a 1st rounder in the 20 range or so?

But I think he is a perimeter player in the NBA. I question whether he has the physicality to be more than a catch and shoot guy.

And he is not likely to be an asset defensively.

So most likely outcome is a bench scorer role.

Worth taking late first or early second, but I just don’t think teams see that much upside in him.

Sliding from 20-25 to 30 - 40 really isn’t much of a slide.

There will be some hidden gems for sure.

But with a likely role player, it is a lot about fit.

the stuff from the aldridge exclusives on the athletic were damning.

Bsaically every other player in the entire series had nice things said about them.....except Fil.

He can switch out onto the perimeter. But they all basically said the dude is a giant pussy who coudn't guard any bigs with any reasonable size/strength.,

He also isn't THAT good of a shooter right now.
