Still waiting to see if the Broncos are going to bring in another veteran QB. Not much left out there. Would they consider making a run at Justin Fields? I don't see that happening but the rumor is out there.

I think they might consider Sam Howell for a late round pick or something along those lines. Hopefully not Jimmy G, as the Raiders are going to release him.

It still seems like they'll bring in a vet AND draft a QB this year.

Another huge sigh of relief when I saw the Colts signed Flacco ... I didn't thin Sean Payton would have any interest, but still, the wound is still fresh from when we brought Flacco in last time ..

Nix is the best fit. One thing - I think for sure - Payton has a plan to get a rookie QB - he's got another year on Stidham's contract. A rookie QB also - always buys a new coach some time for the rook to develop or flop.

Titans were talking contract with him but don't think it is going to happen. They have Marcus Maye coming in for a visit next week now. Doesn't mean it won't happen but appears Simmons may take less money to play elsewhere.

Eagles had been the other team talking to him but they signed CGJ so that is probably dead now.

I think Simmons will be fortunate to get $10 million or better per year. His agent will get around to telling him what he wants is guaranteed money over a long period of time.
