Pass Rushers are like pitchers in baseball.I'm just going with playoff teams but you're right, there's probably other areas of needs for the rams.
You can never have enough.

did they really fran Tag him?
did they really fran Tag him?
If so that is one way to make sure to get something for him in trade. Instead of just losing him.
Still think he moves on. but if the bengals can afford that. Its a good move by them.
I still think he stays....unless he wants to retire. Not to throw salt into the wound, but I just came in here to make note that Myles Garrett has requested a trade from the Browns today.
He should get you a 1st and a 3rd at least from some team.
Let the rebuild begin I guess.
Watson trade a disaster no doubt but still have pretty much same team that won 11 in 2023.....IF we could get decent QB play this team can still win IMO.Yeah, trading Myles Garrett is likely a win/win/win in terms of Myles, the Browns, and whoever gets him. Watson really set this team back and they need to be looking at a 2 year rebuild.
I suspect there is a chance Sanders wont play for Cleveland.
My guess is that's still the Browns. Offer him 5 years, $200 mil watch how fast he's comfortable with their direction.Garrett's current contract is for $19.8M in 2025 and $25M in 2026. I would expect him to demand an increase from whichever team he's with in 2025.
I'd say he wants to top Bosa's $34-35 mil per.Overthecap projects the DE franchise tag for 2025 at $24.7M. The LB tag projection is $2.3M higher. I guess he's looking at $25M +/-. Then again he'd lose a lot by holding out and he's not massively short of that figure already. On the other hand who wants to pay $19.8M for a player who will be disgruntled if he isn't rewarded? My guess is he'll get a raise.
I think you are right and that would be the offer...not 2 firsts many are saying.People will have to offer them compensation that makes it worth it. Years ago Khalil Mack went for two firsts. I’m not sure Garrett gets that but could be a first and multiple 2nds or 3rds.
It's an option and if we went this route Garrett would not even have needed to ask for a trade.Cleveland needs to blow it up. Why not get the draft capital you can and just lean into cap hell for a year or two. They need to do that with Watson too. Just bite that bullet. If they do anything but blow it up they’re just chasing bad money.
