11 mill seems like a slight overpay...Riles was being frugal but 7.7 is probably what he was worth and a lot more than what he was making.

And the lack of defense means he a 1 way player. Less enthused about this than the Prince pickup.

Paying your starting pg that is a slap in the face. Backup pgs get more than that. His defense also isnt that bad. He competes on defense which is all you can ask for
