With some of those pieces, they could still theoretically fold them into a trade for Chris Paul so you'd ultimately end up with Brogdan as your starter with Paul playing 18 to 20 mins a game. No one has outright said it, but some reporters around the league still think they are still entertaining the possibility of trading for CP3.

Whether they get Paul or not, with the Brogdan and the logjam of guards they have, you'd think this would mean Westbrook's time in LA is done. Miami makes some sense for him
