No shit, really? Could possibly be the outbursts of laughter drowned any attempt to discuss it?
Context is everything. This why i hate sites like hoopshype. He was asked a question by redick and simply answered because when the bucks won their title, some people called him batman during their playoffs run

Think the talking heads who ripped the Cavs for dumping him will offer a mea culpa?

Very reasonable deal

He shouldnt be a full mid-level exception type of guy. And that is the contract he signed.

Some of the deals I see signing this offseason just dont make sense. But it might be because I am just not used to the new NBA structure. But this is one where I I cant imagine any team looking at him on the free agent market and thinking he is worthy of their full mid-level.

I just get the feeling 2 years from now that a lot of teams are going to be regretting signing a lot of the players that signed this offseason to such long and big contracts for these replacement level players.

Full mid-level is going to jump just like the total cap. Locking him in at yesterday's prices essentially.

Yeah I’m not rooting for it anyway

While Dame would probably really thrive in OKC and be a great mentor for the younger guys, Portland probably wouldn't budge unless SGA and multiple first rounders would be included, and that is just fucking ridiculous
